What It’s About
For those of you unfamiliar with my work, The College Cartel has a simple thesis: elite colleges collude amongst themselves to squeeze everyone else. That everyone else includes students, parents, the taxpayer, and other institutions besides.
The solution I advocate for are a use of antitrust law and public policy to break up the dangerous concentration of power in the elite colleges.
How is it that this book has only SIX reviews on Amazon? Seriously. IMHO, innovation is one of the most pressing issues of *any* time, and the elite college cartel (wonderful and appropriate word) is making us less innovative, because that is what cartels do. We must stop it. Sharda's work is a wake-up call.
